We’re excited to share that Subbly is now a Single-page Application. This means that the admin panel doesn’t reload every time you open a new page. This makes it both faster for you to use, and easier for us to maintain — it’s a win-win situation!
On top of that, we’re delighted to introduce Subscription pages, containing all the details of an individual customer’s subscription. Through this, we’ve also made the user management process easier, with new buttons located in convenient places, rather than having 10 options crammed into one menu. You can access the Subscription page by clicking the subscription row on the subscription page(except the customer’s name), or by clicking on the Subscription card on the customer’s page.
Finally, we’d like to mention a few other minor improvements:
- Simplified automations page. Instead of having 2 separate buttons for Edit and Manage, there is one page which is opened by clicking on the row. Users can edit the name on that page.
- Surveys can be immediately previewed during the creation process.
- Survey question validation rules (number of answers, amount of answers) are more UX-friendly
- New team member role – designer, so you can invite our Subbly experts to help you out with the storefront.
The best thing is… there’s still tons more in the works!
