Coupons can now only be a for % or fixed amount, but would be great to have one to offer the customer free shipping.

It is already possible by selecting only the Shipping in "Limit cart items to apply coupons for". Please, reach to our support team so the can provide direct instructions:-)

Andy🤠: thanks, I'll check with support how to apply this to a shipping of a specific one-time product - in our case a sample rather than a trial or generic one-time product. It seems like it is for a specific product OR a cart item, ie both options can get the 100% shipping coupon. I'm looking for an AND option as a specific social media promo to just apply for our one-time Sample Packs.
