This is now possible to achieve from Customers tab on your Subbly admin. Currently, you're able to filter between active and inactive customers, and based on customer's subscription products or preferences. More functionality soon to come ...

YES. I just had to go through our small customer list and add each one individually- as even the current CSV export didn't export the right information- and didn't export all of the customers at all- even though they all have come within the last two weeks. The ones that did import- the customer names were not always imported as the shipping contacts sometimes differ from the person who purchased the subscription.

Chrystal Sparkles: Hey there Chrystal, please note that you can always mail in support@subbly.co when you need a full customer list exported in CSV (both active and inactive customers).

Hey Drew, thanks a lot for this one. We are working on this. In the meantime, let us know if you need an export done on the back end for you ;)
Kirsten Zulyevic
I need this... A simple CSV file, no integrations would be perfect.

Kirsten Zulyevic: Hey Kirsten, if and when you need the CSV of your active and inactive customers, you can let me know and I'll do it for you..
Dominique Wilson
Agreed. Need this like yesterday.

Dominique Wilson: we have an integration with Zapier coming out tomorrow. So this should help with this
Dominique Wilson
Stefan Pretty: Awesome. Thanks

George Kleanthous This is a good one, thanks for posting a feature request, we will certainly look into implementing this :)

This does not satisfy the need because the subscription ordered is sometimes different from the customer information. For example, we have an order submitted by a mother for her son who lives at a different address than the billing address. We can only export the customer info, which conflicts with the subscription info.
Stefan Pretty
Kerri Borelli: We don't collect a billing address though, so the address should be the same as the one input at checkout. We will investigate this. Thanks!
Kerri Borelli
Stefan Pretty: ok. Even if the address is the same, the customer name is not. This makes it impossible to use the csv file to fulfill orders. we have to cross-reference the subscription file (which we can't export) in order to ensure the item is addressed to the correct party.
Stefan Pretty
Kerri Borelli: Ok thank you, we will take a look!
