Limit Coupons per product or per email

The ability to choose which items coupons are applied to is crucial. We offer a quarterly subscription, and a yearly subscription option. 25% off of a first quarterly box is very different than 25% off a yearly subscription. Same with a dollar amount. We cannot offer discounts of the same value for every product.

Is limiting use of coupons to once per customer/email (not just once per subscription) is also planned here?
Andy🤠
Jonny Sadler: Yes 👍
Jonny Sadler
Andy🤠: Hey Andy, following up here - couldn't see this in the new options. Can customers still use a code on a subscription, cancel and then use it again on a new subscription with the same email address? If so, could you un-merge it as it's a pretty big revenue loophole?
Andy🤠
Jonny Sadler: Hey Jonny, yes customers still able to do this. Does this happen a lot in your case?
My main concern is that customer can create a new account with another email, and actually, this limit won't stop them from abusing the coupon.
What are your thoughts about this?
Jonny Sadler
Andy🤠: Hey Andy, yes happened a few times. Dafult with other platforms is either 'use as many times' or 'once per customer/email'.
Customers can still of course use a different email address but they're unlikely to do that more than once vs being able to cancel a subscription and re-subscribe with same discount code and email which could become a habit.
Without the option any 'xx off your first purchase' can be bypassed very easily.

Andy🤠: Awesome, thank you Andy (and team!)

Please address this soon as its frustrating not be able to limit coupons to certain products. Thanks
Sara Tullos
This is a HUGE issue I have at the moment and while I LOVE subbly (customer service is the BEST), if this is not fixed soon I will have to look into a custom website and I do not do not do not want to do that. This is the biggest pain point I have in my business right now and costs me hours of time sorting through who used a coupon incorrectly and then contacting them and giving them their options and then they feel that because the website accepted the coupon that I should just honor their lack of integrity. Please Please Please get this going. I volunteer to beta it! :-)

Please also give the option to limit combining refferal discount with coupons

It will be great to have the ability to 1. use a coupon only if they havent use another one. For customer acquisition you use different discounts. I only want the customers use one or the other, not both together. 2. use a discount applicable in different orders. for example 50% in your first 2 orders.

Yes please - don't want coupons off my entire site, only specific coupons should be allowed for certain products. Thanks Guys!

Schedule Coupons and select Subscription Products they shall be valid for
Ulf Skogeng
If you offer membership services (courses) you will have to reduce the paid amount in months where there are fewer weeks/hours.
The way this can be solved is by using Coupons since you can apply Coupons to subscriptions in batch. The "Once - it will only apply to the first purchase" can be used for this purpose, however it will need to be created just before the renewal because you cannot schedule Coupons. The Create Coupon has only a "Redemption limits" Would it be possible to schedule coupons making a "start date"? Also if you could choose which Subscription Products that the Coupon should be valid for, then you can create Coupons for x month's in the future.
