AI Builder update - New chat UI updates

Keeping up the momentum on AI Builder - this week we've made the following upgrades to it:
New Code snippet UI
Introducing a nicer code snippet UI within the chat window (see screenshot for example).
Downloadable diagrams
The agent can now produce downloadable and viewable mermaid diagrams to help with planning your project. 
Downloadable tables
The agent can create nice looking downloadable tables as well.
