As cyber attacks become increasingly sophisticated and as AI enables that, we've been increasing the account-level security measures to ensure your customer data is safe and secure. We recently rolled out a collection of security updates:
1. You can now use device biometrics as a 2FA method
This is more convenient and reliable than SMS 2FA, and it's cross device ready. Just head on over to your account settings and enable it there.

2. We now require confirmation for abnormal logins
If someone logs in from a new location compared to active sessions, the new login will require login confirmation via an email link.
We took on your feedback to balance security with flexibility to ensure it's secure but doesn't disrupt your workflows.
Please note
: login sharing is not recommended, this security update will likely make login sharing more cumbersome. If you need to share logins, please use the official team invite system instead.
3. You can now review active sessions
Inside your account settings you'll see active logged in sessions so you can check for suspicious activity and force log out any sessions you don't recognize.
