I think it would be awesome if subbly can use LTV and number of orders to put a highlighted message inside the account page. This message could read something like "2 more orders until you get your 20% off" or "2 more orders until you get a free month!" ... Then subbly can automatically apply a coupon to the account based on that information.
This would help to reduce churn so as to keep people interested. In the end of the day, it is essentially a slight move towards having a more integrated rewards program.

Thanks, indeed, a robust loyalty program is something we are discussing internally as an epic for the next year. As for now, I suggest using the automations feature for that. You can apply coupon after X orders, and send SMS/email notifications prior to that in order to heat up your customer base.

Rewarding customers for their continued loyalty is a great way to increase LTV. A great suggestion and we also fully support modules like this… even better if we can customise this module and allow for merchants to set promotions (which box, which amount, frequency of this promotion per customer ie. every 5th box, or every 2nd box, or only the third box).
