We have 2 types of subcriptions, seasonal and annual. We get requests for people to switch to annual all the time after receiving a box. If they could switch themselves this would be super helpful.

Hey everyone. We've added the possibility to change a plan for customers. As long as your subscriptions are different plans of the same product – that is possible. 
That is an optional behavior defined by a merchant. So if you want your customers to be able to change plan – please enable that in Advanced Settings –> https://www.subbly.co/admin/shop/advanced_settings

We have a similar problem with a subscription with delivery every 2 weeks and one every 4 weeks. It would be great, if not switching the entire subscription at least allow the members to switch delivery frequency.
