Add-ons - place them in the order we want for them to be seen

Add-ons currently appear in the order that the one time products were created - older ones show up first, followed by the more recently added ones. Can we have a choice of the order we place them in to be seen please?

Hi Sheilagh Blyth, are you referring to the add-ons on the checkout and how are they presented on the checkout? Or is this about the addons upsell (order they are shown on the customer portal)?

Andrija Krstic it’s how the add ons are displayed when a customer logs onto their dashboard. I have different add ons to upsells used in the checkout.

Sheilagh Blyth: They are presented in the order they were added on the ADDONS UPSELL section. You can remove them all and then re-add them in the order you'd want them to be displayed. Will that work?

Andrija Krstic I've been told they are placed in the order that I created them e.g. X in Dec, Y in January. I'd like to choose the order they are seen in e.g. Y,X. I am not prepared to recreate them as that is time consuming, can they not be moveable, same as we would put different plans in a specific order we choose when they are seen in the survey checkout?
