Bring back customer cancelation reasons in the customer view

It was really helpful when supporting customers to be able to quickly see their cancellation reason (and extra feedback) on the customer view page
The only way to view the cancelation reason (and not extra feedback) on the subbly website is to go to the subscription page, search for the customer, and then apply a filter
If you want to see the extra feedback you have no choice but to download a csv

Hey Dan Benmore, as for now you can see the reason in tooltip by hovering the Cancelled tag. But indeed, it makes sense to show it more explicitly.
