Cancellation Offers by Specific Subscription

I'd like the cancellation offers to get more granular and specific to what the customer's subscription plan already is. If a customer who has a "small" subscription wants to cancel because of "too expensive" or "too much stuff" reasons I don't want to send them to "change plan" because the other plan offered would be bigger. However, If someone with my "bigger" subscription chooses the same cancellation reasons I'd like to send them to the smaller subscription available.
