Conditional Logic on the Checkout
planned
Josh & nate Vancuyk
Being able to have questions that when a certain answer is selected, it will automatically skip to the next desired question. Depending on what answer you select, you can automatically route it to another question. Example: multiple choice question (A, B, or C), if A is selected, survey will take customer to the next question. If B is selected, survey will take customer to question 3. And if C is selected, survey will take customer to question 4 automatically. Just like the "Logic" section on SurveyMonkey in a multiple choice question.

Subbly requests
Oh yes please, this!!
Our work around is running a bunch of different surveys, and the user has to select on the website ...our product is not so complicated but this would streamline A LOT for us!!

Thanks Raph for summarizing the issue. Absolutely 100% same dilemma is faced by us. Need this flexibility, We are running a meal delivery service and from a customer subscription customization point of view I found this to be the biggest drawback of the survey feature.
We are in MVP at this point in time and can work around this for now, but we are currently looking at native solutions outside of subbly for the future when we scale.
If this survey feature is upgraded to provide the flexibility with conditional responses, I would have no need to look for a custom solution. I'll be happy to continue

I really think adding this feature will create so much flexibility that it will solve many of the other issues people have in feature requests. It will easily allow customers to basically change between various subscriptions as it will be so flexible.
It will solve things like zip code restrictions too, as you can do conditional formating for different zip codes. You can use it for lead generation if you don't offer the product in certain areas/countries etc.
It gives us so much flexibility to do things you won't have even thought of, and be a massive distinct competitive advantage for Subbly. You'll really stand out if this is implemented.
Good luck guys, I believe in you!

To add to this, on one of my current Subbly businesses, our current plan is to launch on Subbly, raise a round of funding (we have already raised 2 rounds) and then immediately build out our own custom checkout and subscription service + customer portal so we could have increased flexibility. If you were to implement this feature there would be no reason for us to leave once we have scaled.
I really think you will retain your biggest customers for longer if you implemented this feature.

Raph: Hey Raph, do you mind booking a quick interview with me to share more details about that.

Really looking forward to this feature - it will be a real game changer for build-a-box businesses!

Would really love to see this planned as it is exactly what I need!
I'm considering using a third party form builder so as to have this functionality.
