This is surely one of the most basic features of any ecommerce site? To know if a customer has changed their order/subscription prior to you shipping/delivering that order.

Here to second this, its currently a feature on cratejoy and i find it incredibly helpful for customer service. I dont have time to constantly download spreadsheets, the notifcations keep me up to date on what is happening in my store. Cancellation reasons, addresses being updated, products being changed, its all incredibly helpful to be notified. If people don't want this then they can just untick the notification box. It is also very important to know if a customer has removed their card details without replacing with another card. This is an issue with commitment periods and exposes us to fraud as there is nothing in place to stop people deleting their card. If i a notification is sent then I can avoid this by not shipping their box and cancelling their subscription Andrija Krstic

Notification when customer changes subscription

It would be good to get a notification, e.g. by email, when a customer changes their subscription. This would be triggered whenever a customer:
- changes their survey choices
- changes their product mix
- pauses their subscription
Then any subsequent flows not linked to Subbly, like email flows with Klaviyo, or inventory management processes, can be updated in advance when a future order is postponed or changed.

Hi Guys, I mentioned this yesterday and see there is a request here going back to 2018. I think this is a great idea, we would appreciate something like this and if those with massive subscription numbers dont want this information, then have an option to turn it off if that was possible. Notifications would be great PLEASE :)

Hey people, needing additional info on this one here from you please. Do you really feel that this is viable to have given the scalability of each one's business and possibility of handling 5000 subscriptions each one of them constantly changing stuff on their admin?
Furthermore, you can't be at a loss here given that we always take a snapshot of customer preferences at the moment new order is created so you'll always have up-to-date data when looking into an order slip.
Finally, if someone chose to pause his/her subscription, there will be a little ''skipping'' label on the Orders and Customers section of your Subbly admin.
Any thoughts on this?

This would be great. Or even to integrate into a zapier webhook so we can access that information through other apps.
