Hey guys,
You can set-up cut-off dates for any subscription product length since beginning of March.
Thanks everyone for co-operation and feel free to create new requests :–)

Yes, I would love to see billing bi-monthly to make bi-monthly shipping simplified. My only other option is to stop the subscription service feature and just move to a limited release of a box bi-monthly- first come, first serve or manually handle billing each month with an ACH through my bank. :/

I have a bi-monthly box launching and would really like this feature added as soon as possible. Having to do it manually is very clunky. Thank you!

Sarah Ryan: Yeah, I'm honestly not sure why they're saying it's any different than the quarterly option that they have. Do the same thing - just 6 times a year instead of 4.
Sarah Ryan
Laura Barajas: I agree Laura. I don't understand why it would be different either.

I can assure you what may sound and seem simple on the surface is not always the case in terms of UX design and programming.
Regardless, we hear you. The issue is the cut-off logic which is more fiddly than monthly and we don't offer cut offs for quarterly. It took us months to figure out the best approach for quarterly by talking to and researching some of the biggest companies who do it.
We appreciate your patience on this! 🤘

Please share desired cut off / billing logic with an example, thanks!

Stefan Pretty: Order/pay by date xx/xx to get the box from month x so people know if they have missed the order window for a specific box. Eg. "Order by June 31st to get July's box (shipping July 14th)" being displayed from May 15th after May's box has shipped.

Fraser Andrews: I more meant, how would we make this a repeatable implementation? 2 month cycles aren’t as easy to program for.
E.g. Would you want it say X days before the shipping date which is on the second month?
Or say, the billing is every Jan, Mar,.. etc and shipping is every Feb, Apr,... on the Yth day and the cut off is on every Jan, Mar,... on the Zth day.
Basically trying to find a “recipe” so that it’s repeatabke and easy to understand from your side and repeatable in a programming sense.
Need to try nail this down. The more info and ideas we get on how to do this the more likely we will implement due to the low demand.

Stefan Pretty: so in my opinion you would set a shipping date and an order cut off period, say shipping date is the 14th of month x,y,z and cut date is 14 days before each shipping date. Any orders placed after are not included in the shipping window, you would also say that any cancellations made after the cut of date are none refundable as the orders have been placed.
