I've had multiple users unable to subscribe because they enter a phone number as 1-234-567-8901 when the ux is to select 1 from the dropdown then enter the balance of the number. that it's not smart enough to parse this information is frustrating. that i cannot set a default country code (and display it) when we're selling in one country only (for now) is frustrating. losing customers because they can't check out is a problem.
