Emails to recipients of subscriptions that are gifts

When a subscription is marked as a gift and the purchaser has the option to select a start date with a gift message, the purchaser is under the impression that the gift recipient email will be sent on the date chosen (eg. birthday, Christmas etc). But it is not, it is sent every time an order on that subscription is marked as shipped. This makes it look like the customer sent a gift after the special date (forgetting the special occasion) and the recipient confused when they receive an order shipped email if you include the gift message in it. An email to the gift recipient should be sent when the subscription is started not the order shipped that includes the gift message so that the order shipped email can just say your gift order is on its way.
