Enhance referral program to drive customer adoption & revenue

I’d love to suggest an improvement to Subbly’s referral program.
At the moment, it feels quite basic and is difficult to drive meaningful customer adoption. Compared to tools like ReferralCandy, it lacks the features needed to make referrals a strong growth channel.
It would be great to see:
- A more engaging, shareable customer experience
- Better reward customisation (e.g. tiers, campaigns)
- Built-in prompts to encourage referrals
- Improved tracking and reporting
Right now, referrals feel passive rather than something brands can actively scale.
Enhancing this could unlock a strong revenue lever for subscription businesses!
