I'm looking to pull a report each month / period of new 'set to cancels' for customers with commitment terms so I can proactively reach out to them to try to retain them the month before their commitment terms end (outside of the cancellation flow which I have setup also). At present you have to filter on 'set to cancel' and manually check each customer account for the details of how many shipments are remaining / when they set it to cancel to be able to know who to contact which isn't manageable or sustainable as I grow.
