Forgot Password Ineffective
complete

I am constantly getting tons of emails from people who can't log into their account. They're complaining that I have bad customer service because they can't log on but its some kind of issue with Subbly and out of my control. It significantly increases the number of customer service tickets I have to deal with and leaves customers irritated. I understand the customers have to clear their cache and all that but the average consumer does not want to be doing that. They want their log in to work the first time and if not they want the forgot password to work easily and quickly without having to clear cache or email me to inquire about it.

We deployed solution where you can manually change the password for the customers inside the admin.

It takes a long time to get the email after a customer hits the "I forgot my password" button.

Ethan: Yes! That is one issue that needs to be resolved. Secondly, I think they continue to try pressing that button or something and then they have to "clear their cache" in order to update it and stuff and it's a whole mess. No customer automatically knows to do that or wants to be doing all of those steps. If a customer forgets their password, they're already a little annoyed..and they want to be able to resolve it immediately with as few steps as possible.
