Gift Recipient Subscription confirmation

Only the person who pays for the gift subscription is getting an email confirmation, not the person who will be getting the gift. They get an email up until the orders are shipped.
It would be helpful to have an email sent to them letting them know the subscription has been gifted to them. There's no way to set this up through automations since none of the triggers are focused on gifting subscriptions only.

Running into this issue again this holiday season. Come to make sure I hadn’t missed an update and see where I upvoted a similar post in 2023. Any plans for implementing this?
