Improved UX design for clothing/fashion subscription companies
The most frequent feedback we get from our customers is that our checkout process is so many pages.
We are subscription fashion company with a lot of custom choices like sizes, colors, and delivery schedules. Today we manage with the solution of the Subbly survey but it will not be sustainable within the coming months.
Instead we would like to see that the customer can make all their personal choices (build their box) straight on the product page. This would decrease the amount of pages in the checkout cycle and get the customer faster though the funnel.
I have made two examples of how it could look. We think that this alternative would make Subbly in the forefront of subscription based services.
