I would like to see the ability to automatically create a 'points balance' when some one signs up, and each payment they make (i.e 3 months / 3 payments) they will receive points based on the price they have paid.
For example, a subscription that is £29.99 should yield the customer 299 points, these points can be accumulated over time. Furthermore, points can also be achieved by sharing on social media, using hashtags, reffering a friend.
The points should then be used to either 1) spend on anything we would like to offer such as past boxes or products or 2) redeem for a cash balance for a discount on a future box, the points to payment ratio should be chosen by us, for example if i wanted to give my customers 10 points per 0.01 spent, my customers would receive 2999 points per £29.99 transaction or the other way round, it could be as little as 29 points for £29.99 spent.
I feel this will drastically increase customer loyalty as everyone loves collecting points, spending points, earning points, redeeming points and so on. It will also reward those who share/spread by word of mouth your business.

Indeed, the points system would be a good addition to our platform. Though I can not provide any ETA for now, as it is a huge project.

I.e. After the first order you can send an email explaining how your system works. Then repeat it after the third order. And finally apply coupon after the 5th order, as well as send an email with invitation to spend that coupon.
