FEATURE REQUEST: Improve Orders Report CSV
F
Franco Folini
Considering that the email is not a unique identifier for a subscription (the same email can be associated to multiple subscriptions delivered to different addresses), it would be very helpful to include the SUBSCRIPTION ID in the orders report. But PLEASE, PLEASE add the SubscriptionID as last column of the CSV otherwise you are going to break a lot of integrations. The reason is that when importing CSV into a Google Sheet, each field/column is accessed by column position bot by field name. If you add a new column in the middle, as you recently did with [Order Number], [Subscription Order Number] and [Customer Order Number] you will break again all the Google Spreadsheet formulas.

BUG: The Export Order as CSV doesn't export Orders TAGS
F
Franco Folini
I tried to fix the missing "Pricing Option" in the CSV orders report by manually tagging my orders, just to discover that TAGS are ignored by the CSV report. This bug (or missing feature) is making the generation of reports for the production and fulfillment almost impossible.

Marking this complete as we rolled out a whole batch of improvements to the CSV export including the following columns:
- taxes if applicable
- gift message
- order count
- date cancelled
- cancellation reason
If you need additional fields on the checkout feel free to submit another feature request for it.

The customer name needs to export by first name and last name so when I import to Klaviyo, it doesn't replace an email subscriber's first name to their first and last name. IE in Klaviyo they will be Jane Doe (First name, last name). If I import a CSV from Subbly, it makes her Jane Doe Doe
