I would like to be able to search by customer name but also by the name that the box was shipped to. For example, we don't offer gift subscriptions but we have a lot of our customers who send boxes to other people. I get emails from the recipients saying they didn't order a box did someone send it to them. Unfortunately, I am not able to type in their name and have the order pull up. So from the Subbly portal, I can't tell them who sent them a box. I know on Cratejoy you can type in a name and if a box was shipped to them, it will show the order. Can Subbly enable this as well.
