Please make "Gift Message" and "Gift Recipient Email" optional

- I would like the ability to turn off the "gift message" field. I don't mail out gift messages with my customer's orders, because my product is a magazine that is mailed without an envelope. There's no way to physically include a message. Customers are filling out the gift message field, thinking their message will be sent. I would like to remove that gift message field, so they stop using it.
- I see that I can add a "Gift Recipient Email" field, but that field is mandatory. I want to offer it as an option to customers, but not have it be mandatory.
