Hi is there any update on this please? I am using automations but it comes up saying "CANCELLED" so customers are getting confused and keep renewing which is causing lots of issues.

Is there any hope for this coming any time soon? Setting up automations to cancel after the order still creates confusion as at checkout the customer is told that their product will renew.

Shanan Colvin: This is indeed in the pipeline but for now there is a solution for this through Automations. We also offer 30 days of free trial on the automations :)

Hey good people, please note that, although this option of setting up subscriptions to auto cancel is not something that's available to set out of the box on the product setup, this IS POSSIBLE to achieve with Automations.

So if this is integral for your business please make sure to contact support with additional clarity on how this needs done through Automations ;)

This is MUCH needed for gifting options. I am working with some realtors that are buying subscriptions for new home owners. It doesn't look good that I can't offer them a way to buy the gift without it automatically renewing.
