When I receive the "preferences changed' email and click on the button in the email it took me the customer's page but it was not clear what changed. I see in the timeline you diff the changes - surface this in a human-readable format as a banner or something dismissible on the top-level UI when I am visiting the customer's page for the first time since the change. It was far too difficult to figure out what the change was, and the AI Agent told me to go look at the subscription.
