Skip and pause using shipment date, not billing date
Tom Tryon
When a customer goes to pause or skip for a set period of time, the options it gives are for their next payment date. However, most customers think about things in terms of when their next shipment will be arriving, so it would make more sense for them to be given shipment dates to choose from.

Yes, and possibly change the question that is asked. The question is currently
"how long would you like to pause your subscription for?". And in our case gives a list of a Fridays as that’s when our payments are taken. (If you don’t have a set payment day it gives the whole calendar) I think the phrase "when would you like to resume your subscription?" would be a better one, while also telling the customers when their next delivery date is along with the payment date and cut offs.
Asking the customer when they would like their next delivery (Rather than payment) would be ideal from the customers perspective.

Agreed, but I think both dates need to be displayed so that the customer clearly understands both which shipment it will be affecting, and also when the charge/cutoff will happen.
