Two common issues with gift subscriptions

I'm seeing two common issues among the people who buy gift subscriptions:
- If they buy the subscription after the billing date (1st of the month) but before the cutoff date (7th of the mont), they don't know how to select the right date for their subscription to start and they are selecting a date that will actually cause them to miss a delivery the first month.
- They are inputting the delivery address as the billing address, causing their credit card payments to fail.

I have removed the ability to start the gift on a certain date because it was causing so much customer confusion.

Yes! So many of my gift subscriptions are bought before a birthday, but because of the date selection don't start till after and I end up having to include a note apologising for a missed birthday.
