Hey everyone. We've added the possibility to change a plan for customers. This is an optional behavior defined by a merchant. So if you want your customers to be able to change plan – please enable that in Advanced Settings –> https://www.subbly.co/admin/shop/advanced_settings

Currently, a customer cannot change their billing frequency without canceling and re-subscribing. This skews the analytics of cancellations and also presents a hassle for both the customer and Subbly box creators. Please implement this simple feature that would allow them to change their billing frequency without requiring manual intervention.

Agreed, we are still reviewing this and hopefully it will be on its way shortly. In the meantime, make sure to make them contact you if they want to switch plans and before they decide to cancel
