Either using the enhanced events widget or by going to Settings–>Emails–>Activity log, now you can to see all the email events: Sent emails with possibility to see the body of it; Opened email; Clicked email; Unsubscribed; Resubscribed; Marked as SPAM.

Just leaving a comment to hopefully bump this up. It’s been 3 years :( It’s really challenging to address customer issues when you can’t even demonstrate what was sent out and when. Please do look into this

Just chiming in to say this is such an important feature, especially for customer service and chargebacks. It helps to be able to show what information has been sent to customers and when. If we could have the ability to add a bcc to all notifications sent out that would be very useful for customer service records.

I'd like to add that ideally this log (if on customer profiles) would also include tracking to see if/when the email was opened.

Additionally I would like to see what emails failed to send. We've had some customers enter invalid emails for their accounts

Andrija Krstic a quick-fix would be to add an option to send to BCC and CC like Zapier does in their email template. I use it a lot because then I can keep a record of emails that was sent to the customer.

Yes We Need more upvote for this. It shows that in the live stream what email is been sent to the customer. e.g Susbcription email or cancellation email, shipping email.

Faraz Ahmed: Hey Faraz, this is in fact Stripe's live feed on your screenshot. We're fetching this data from Stripe.. but yeah, we will look into adding feed of what emails are sent to your customers within the customer profiles I guess.
