At the moment when a gift subscription for a predetermined length ends the customer is sent the cancelled email (which the wording may not be suitable for) and it also effects the churn stats. It would be good to have a separate email template and for these to be identified separately as 'gift subscription ended' in the insights

Ability to let customers pre-pay for subscriptions that do not renew in the form of a one time payment. Discounts for prepayment will be able to be offered

Any individual order that is awaiting shipment should have a simple UI for changing the shipping address. We have a lot of customers that send our product as a gift. There are a myriad of reasons why a single order might need an address change but not require a change to the customer's future orders or address book. Right now I have a customer with two pending gift orders each to a different address, and one of them needs to change, but not both. There is not an easy way for me to fix this.

It would be great to be able to edit the "valid to" field of a coupon in order to extend a promotion, or reactivate an expired/archived code.

If a customer changes his address in his account, only the upcoming orders will have the new address. Previously created orders (that have the "Future Shipment" status) still have the old address. This has been a huge problem for us. Customers that subscribe for 6 months have 6 orders created at once, upon subscribing. Then whey go in their account to change their address and still receive 5 shipments to their old address. We have lost boxes and had to reship them because of this behavior.

We are getting caught out with this all the time. When a customer updates their address, it does not change in all views. Please make sure the latest customer address is shown in all views: Packing Slip Subscription details (where you can see no of orders, survey data and payment details). It's view number 2 that we use due to needing survey data, and this does not show the customers latest address. Thanks

For example, we have customers fill out a 'Player Profile' which entails several questions. Would like to have the option of GROUPING related survey questions together so they are listed out on a single step rather than each being broken out into an overwhelming amount of steps. IE: APPAREL & ACCESSORIES STEP: Shirt size? ears pierced? Jersey #? ^all one step, questions grouped^

So we can tweak in HTML editor as we go..

This would allow multiple uses (seasonal) instead of continually coming up with new codes.

Hello, can you add bancontact payment method ? Stripe is accepting bancontact so i guess this is related to Subbly specifically. Bancontact is the most popular payment method in Belgium. Thanks
